How much does video wall rental cost?+
An LCD 2x2 video wall (3.5 m²) starts from €350/day. The larger LCD 3x3 (8 m²) from €810/day. A seamless LED wall from €1050/day for 10 m². Prices include delivery, setup, configuration, and teardown.
LED or LCD: which video wall should I choose?+
LCD has the lower entry point and works well for indoor conferences where the bezels between panels are not a problem. LED gives a seamless image, higher brightness and any size: ideal for stages, outdoor events and large trade fairs. An LED wall usually costs more in total because it is built at a larger format.
How do I match video wall size to the room?+
The rule: minimum video wall height is 1/6 of the distance to the furthest viewer. For a 200-person room (about 15m deep) the minimum height is 2.5m. For rooms of 500+ people we recommend at least 3.5m.
How long does video wall installation take?+
An LCD 2x2 wall takes about 2-3 hours. LCD 3x3 about 4-5 hours. A custom LED wall takes 6-12 hours depending on size. We always schedule installation for the day before the event.
What content can I show on a video wall?+
Anything: presentations, video, animation, live camera feed, social media wall, branding. We supply a controller handling resolutions up to 8K. Our operator helps configure the content and handles smooth switching during the event.
