This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We have written it to describe what the site actually does, not to cover every theoretical case.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we receive what you type into it:

- Your name, email address, and — if you provide them — phone number and company
- Details about your event: type, venue, dates, expected number of attendees, budget range and the services you selected
- Anything you write in the message field
- The page you were on when you submitted the form, and the language version you used
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We use enquiry data solely to answer you and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — and, where you are not the contracting party, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use enquiry data to send you marketing you did not ask for.

Cookies and analytics
When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and is respected on later visits.
Until you accept, advertising and analytics cookies stay switched off — we use Google Consent Mode, which withholds them by default. Declining does not limit your use of the site.
If you accept, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads may set cookies to measure which campaigns lead to enquiries. We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance; these do not use cookies and do not identify you.

Who else processes your data
We do not share your data with anyone except the service providers we need to run the site and reply to you:

- Supabase — the database that stores enquiries
- Resend — sends the notification email to our office
- Vercel — hosts the website and provides analytics and performance measurement
- Google — tag management and advertising measurement, only after you accept cookies
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of the providers above process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, and afterwards for as long as accounting and limitation periods require. When neither applies any more, we delete it.

Your rights
Under GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent — cookies — you can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
