Terms of Service

These are our standard terms for equipment hire and technical services. They apply to every booking unless your confirmed order says otherwise — where the two differ, the confirmed order governs.
01Validity of quotations
This proposal is valid for 30 days from the issue date. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to review.
02Payment
Payment terms are set in the confirmed order. Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is due on acceptance and the remaining 50% is due 7 days before the event start. Late payment may delay delivery or lead to cancellation. Bank charges are the client's responsibility.
03Cancellation
Cancellations more than 30 days before event: full refund of deposit. Between 14 and 30 days: 50% of deposit retained. Less than 14 days: full deposit non-refundable. Less than 72h: 100% of total invoice due.
04Equipment and damages
All equipment remains the property of the company. The client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during the rental period, charged at replacement value. Equipment is insured during transport and use by our crew.
05Availability
Equipment availability is subject to final confirmation at booking. Where specific items are unavailable, equivalent or superior replacements will be provided at no extra cost.
